Thank you for all you do. This really made difference in my perception of where I’ve been, where I am trying to go and the misconception that I’m not working hard enough.
Thank you for your comics and posts. I also found you through Dan Piraro's recommendation and love your sharing and perspective. I've recently come to the realization (at this late date and after a lifetime thinking and being told that I was just anxious or depressed or borderline or bipolar, none of which really seemed to fit or explain anything) that I actually have always (since infancy) had CPTSD, which explains a lot. A quote I love is "It is never too late to be what you might have been" (George Eliot), which I know to be true.
Love this! I just found your Substack on recommendation from Bizarro cartoonist.
Thanks for stopping by, Aunty!
Excellent, thank you
Thank you!

Thanks, Jin! That's really nice to hear.
Oh my gosh...I really love this! As a self-shamer and self-flaggelater, I needed to read this just now. Thank you!
We should start a flaggelator's club.
Thanks, Lily!
The genius of healing yourself while helping others. Thank you, DM
