I really admire your courage to be so honest and vulnerable David, and yes, your work does help others and I'm glad you feel safe and well enough to share. Thank you.
Brilliant! Honestly, I've never seen anyone so simply, accurately, humorously, and accessibly illustrate these common trauma-based psychoses. You've got a valuable gift, and though it's been a hellish journey, you've found a way to release yourself from that prison and pass the key around to others. Very impressive! (And I'm not just blowing smoke here.)
You're a Deadhead, David? I hope so. The Dead were the people who showed me (in 1968) that it was actually possible to experience joy. It took another 40 years, 7 of which included therapy, to create a path that led away from self murder. The Dead helped a lot. Oh, and I love this sequence.

Thank you for saying that, Silvana. That's nice to read!
Beautiful. I sooo look forward to purchasing the book. . . well, maybe a few to send as gifts. Brilliant. Hope you and your family are well, Julie
Thanks, Julie! You're nice. I hope all is well with you all. xo

Thanks for posting here too, Dan! You're a mensch.

Totally, Richard. I've gotten an awful lot of pleasure from that band. I'm glad you're not doing yourself in. Thanks.
Wow, I'm not alone! I too am discovering these things in my "golden years." Thanks.
Good to hear, Marge!!
